Early Voting Begins

Early voting for the Rosebud-Lott ISD bond election begins this week! From October 21 to November 1, registered voters in the district can cast their ballots on the $25 million bond proposal.

“This bond offers a chance to address long-overdue renovations in our middle and high schools, which haven’t had significant upgrades since 1971. In addition to updating critical systems like electrical and HVAC, the bond will fund the expansion of career and technical education programs, giving students better access to opportunities that prepare them for the workforce,” RLISD Superintendent Jim Rosebrock said.

Solar farms will contribute 64% of the bond’s cost, keeping the financial impact on local taxpayers to a minimum. Early voting is a convenient way to avoid the rush on Election Day and ensure your vote is counted.

Take this opportunity to shape the future of Rosebud-Lott ISD. Early voting runs through November 1, with Election Day on November 5.
