Final Election Day Reminder

Tomorrow is Election Day for the Rosebud-Lott ISD bond election! If you haven’t yet cast your ballot, now is the time to make sure your voice is heard.

“The $25 million bond proposal is designed to fund essential upgrades to our aging school buildings, expand career and technical education programs, and create better learning environments for our students,” RLISD Superintendent Jim Rosebrock said.

Thanks to local solar farms, which will cover 64% of the bond’s cost, taxpayers will only need to fund a fraction of the total, making this a unique opportunity to improve our schools at a reduced cost. This bond will also ensure that the district has the resources to maintain its facilities without diverting funds from important areas like teacher salaries and classroom resources.

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. tomorrow, November 5. Every vote matters, so make sure you’re informed and ready to participate in this important decision for the future of Rosebud-Lott ISD.
